HEAT.

it is 115 degrees here where i live.

i used to always be so insecure about my arms and legs.. i would always wear long pants and shirts with sleeves to cover them up. but you know what? it is way toooooo fucking hot in this damn place, it is way too hot for me to be so concerned with my arms and legs. so i am saying peace out to long pants and shirts with sleeves, and hello to shorts and tank tops! if anybody doesn’t like the way i look, they look look the other direction.

fuck it.

NON FITNESS RELATED QUESTION:

ANY OF YOU EVER GET A BIKINI WAX? i’m going on a trip soon and i want to get waxed so i don’t have to worry about shaving the whole time i’m there… problem? i’m scared! haha PAINFUL!?

Just got back from my morning walk! Feeling great and rocking the side ponytail ;)
An interesting fact about me: I cannot smile in photos without it looking incredible fake. Hence this disturbing face… xD

Looking for some inspiration from the beginning of my journey, I found this photo. It’s crazy to see just how much my face has changed. In the original photo I was doing everything possible to hide my extra chins and make my face look as slim as possible. If I remember correctly, my laptop was stacked on top of textbooks to help angle my face better. And even with all that, the above picture was still the result. Now, in the exact same spot with a pretty similar pose, I can hardly recognize the person I was in that original photo. And that’s something to be proud of :D

you look fantastic!! seriously! good job! i am proud of youuuu

my life -__- i originally started my journey in october of 2011, i gave up after a few months and now i’m kicking myself for it. i could have made SO MUCH progress by now!!
and then, again, i started my journey in january of this year. it is now almost the fifth month of the year…. i would have been SOOOO FAR but noooo i had to be lazy and eat horribly and not give a shit. and again, i am kicking myself for it.there is no better time to start than RIGHT NOW.
